In June 2010 and in September 2010 A day looking over Sieghard's shoulder, creating a 6 course gourmetmenu with him together;
1 day show-cooking-course with Sieghard he will be giving you tips and showing you tricks. Youall receive the recipes and, of course, will be sampling the menus with suitable wines. 7 or 4 overnights in the room of your choice including Sieghards gourmet half-board and one 6 course gourmetmenu with suitable wines fresh fruits, flowers, a bottle of austrian champagne and bath-coat on the room also included is the free activity programme and in spring the small cookery course ( 3 courses ) and in autumn the visit to a local schnaps destillery
